Helen Allen is a trained Colour and Style Consultant and the Founder and Owner of Colours by Ell a Specialist Shoe Boutique established in 2013 selling Handmade Italian leather shoes & sneakers for women who love colour.

For more than 10 years Helen has been the sole retailer of Noë Italian leather sneakers and she specialises in commissioning small production runs of specific warm and cool colours for women who have had their colours analysed and shop intentionally for specific colours to work with their wardrobes.

Based in Northern Ireland, mobile to events across the UK by arrangement.
